Dirk is registered as an affiliated provider for laparoscopic radical prostatectomies with Southern Cross Healthcare. The operations are performed at Southern Cross Hospital in Hamilton and Ormiston Hospital in Auckland. If the patient has a 100% cover, there will be no charge.
